Rev Counter

Building your own Saab rev counter. Not original but I think it looks a little bit better than a Biltema rev counter or tachometer.

Use the housing and indication hand of a broken water temperature gauge. Cut off the back of the old gauge.

Print the new display from the downloaded Rev counter image. You can use a normal Photo printer, but if you want light in it then you have to print it on transparent photo paper. This can be done on a professional printer.

Fit the old indication hand onto the new 52mm rev counter and place it inside the old housing.

This is a  cheaper way of making a smaller version of the original Saab Monte Carlo rev counter.
